About Healthroles Heating & Air and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Healthroles Heating & Air is a referral service. We help homeowners in Greensburg, PA and the Greensburg area find independent providers for heating and cooling problems. That is all we do. We do not send trucks, and we do not do repairs.

Why this site exists

A broken furnace in January or a dead AC in July is stressful. If it has never happened to you, you may not know who to call or what to ask. This site was built for that moment. It explains the basics in plain words and then points you to people who can help.

Many homeowners also reach out before anything breaks. Maybe the system is old, the bills keep climbing, or a room never feels right. Those questions are welcome here too.

How providers are matched

You tell us what is going on. It might be a system that blows the wrong air, an old unit, or a noise you cannot place. We then connect you with a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of work.

You can ask for more than one. Compare, then decide.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the problem in simple terms
• Give a written estimate before work begins
• Answer your questions without pressure
• Treat your home with care

Licensing and insurance rules differ by state, so it is smart to ask each provider about theirs.

What you can do to prepare

A little prep makes the first talk easier. Note what the system is doing and when it started. Find the brand name and age on the label of the unit, if you can. Think about whether you want a quick repair or are open to a new system.

Write down any questions before you talk. Ask for the estimate in writing, and take your time before you say yes.

What we do not do

• We do not repair, install, or replace anything.
• We do not set prices. Each provider does.
• We do not promise a result or a schedule. Availability depends on the provider.
• We do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

How we are paid

Homeowners do not pay Healthroles Heating & Air to be connected. Providers in our network may pay us for referrals. That does not change what you pay a provider for their work, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
