How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Healthroles Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Healthroles Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Healthroles Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@healthroles.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
